The shape of the eyelash and eyebrow hairs is determined by the disulphide bridges they contain. Their controlled disruption and reshaping allows lifting and lamination.
Traditional systems do this in three separate steps:
1. Untying
2. Form lock/unlock
3. Regeneration

The One Shot&Fix formula is made up of ingredients that provide both effective styling and protection for the strands:
- Ammonium thioglycolate - the active ingredient responsible for bond breaking
- Ammonium hydroxide, ethanolamine - maintain the required alkaline chemistry
- Sodium sulphite, EDTA, etidronic acid - help controlled reflux
- Cysteine - amino acid, helps regenerate the keratin structure
- Macadamia and argan oil - nourishing, moisturising
- Glycerin, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate - deeply moisturise the fibres
- Hydrolysed wheat, maize and soy proteins - to strengthen and elasticise fibres

One Shot&Fix works fast, so it's important that as a professional you monitor the reaction of the fibres carefully - not just work to the target action time.
First half of the period:Check that the bond release has started. To do this, wipe a small section of the material with a dry applicator - if the fibre is soft and pliable, the bond has broken.
Second half of the period:Watch if the thread takes the desired shape. If it does, do not leave the material any longer - otherwise the structure may start to break down again.
