UV LED eyelash adhesives gradually thicken when exposed to light, making it important to protect the glue drop from ambient light during application.

The UV LED Glue Drop Cover is a practical, foldable cover that creates a shaded area around the glue drop. It helps reduce the effects of room lighting and natural daylight, allowing the adhesive to maintain its optimal consistency for longer.

The cover is made from a special matte black paper that absorbs and softens light rather than reflecting it. This helps reduce the amount of direct and scattered light reaching the adhesive.

The drop glue holder shown in the image is not included with the product.

Why use a Glue drop cover with UV LED adhesives?

UV LED eyelash adhesives are activated by light. Although complete curing only occurs when exposed to the appropriate UV LED lamp, strong room lighting or direct sunlight may still affect the consistency of the dispensed glue drop.

Using the Glue Drop Cover helps to:

  • Create a shaded working area around the glue drop.
  • Reduce the impact of ambient light on the adhesive.
  • Slow down premature thickening of the glue drop.
  • Reduce the need to dispense fresh adhesive as frequently.
  • Maintain a more consistent adhesive performance throughout the treatment.
How to use

Fold the cover along the pre-creased lines and place it over the glue drop or glue holder to create a shaded working area.

Do not allow the adhesive to come into direct contact with the paper. During application, ensure that the glue, tweezers, and lash extensions remain easily accessible.

Important

The Glue Drop Cover is designed to help protect the adhesive from ambient light during use. It does not replace proper storage or handling of your UV LED adhesive.

Always store your adhesive according to the manufacturer's recommendations, protected from light and at the recommended storage temperature. During treatments, avoid exposing the adhesive to direct sunlight or unnecessarily strong lighting.

Please note that adhesive consistency can also be affected by room temperature, humidity, the size of the glue drop, and usage frequency.
